Totally impressive food and service. The balance of traditional Sichuan dishes and Asian dishes is delightful and well balanced. I’m impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients, you can taste the difference between a fresh homemade Chinese dish and an Australian Chinese restaurant. This place was recommended to us as ‘the best Chinese food they’d ever had’ so thought we’d give it a try. We shared a sizzling mixed Sichuan dish, lemon chicken and rice. Glad to report that food was absolutely wonderful, everything cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Atmosphere inside the restaurant was buzzing with everyone clearly enjoying their food. I must say that I’ve experienced my fair share of disappointing restaurants over the years but Maroochy Chinese Restaurant is definitely not one of them! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great Chinese Takeaway We ordered a few dishes and the special fried rice. Everything was delicious. The 2 stir fries we ordered were fresh and tasty with a good balance of meat to vegetables. The fried rice was one the best I have had for a long time. Give them a go you won't be disappointed. PS online ordering for pick up worked well.

While I used to visit regularly when I was working, I now mostly order takeaway, and the quality remains just as fantastic. The food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavour. Whether it’s a classic or a comforting noodle dish, every order has been well-prepared and satisfying. Portions are generous, and they take great care in packaging everything properly so it is received in perfect condition. On the few occasions I’ve dined in, the service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere.
